Cancellation Policy Appointment Cancellation -When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on the calendar that is no longer available for other clients. In order to be respectful please call or text as soon as you know you will not be able to make it to your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, I require that you call or text at least 48 hrs in advance to avoid cancellation fee. Appointments are in high demand , and your advanced notice will allow another client to access that appointment. HOW TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT - If you need to cancel your appointment, please feel to cancel online at anytime 48hrs PRIOR to scheduled service, If you are canceling AFTER 48hr of scheduled apt time you then need to call or text and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Cancellation fee (30%) will be charged if 48hr mark has passed. LATE CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS - A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 48hrs before the appointment time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without calling/texting. In either case the client will be charged 30% of the total service booked Cancellation policy is FIRM and NON-NEGOTIABLE. Please understand that by booking a appointment with me, you are agreeing to these terms of service. FORMS OF PAYMENT: Cash, Venmo, Zelle and Card (all card transactions have a 3% service charge)
